Miller adds two experienced brokers to the DFW Corporate Services Division

Miller is proud to announce the addition of two new corporate real estate and office leasing specialists to their Dallas-Fort Worth Corporate Services Division; Kevin Frederick and Mark Meyer. “We are proud to add Kevin and Mark to our Corporate Services team. Both are seasoned commercial real estate professionals with expertise in both office and industrial tenant representation. Their experience and personal “hands on” approach is exactly what our company is committed to provide both local and national clients,” said Dan Arnold, President of the Henry S. Kevin Frederick joins Henry S. Miller’s Corporate Services Division as Vice President. Kevin has worked exclusively on behalf of corporate clients for more than six years, assisting in the management of their real estate holdings. He brings to Miller, impressive experience in strategic portfolio planning and management for local and national corporate clients of all sizes and industries. Kevin has advised corporations in the completion of single office locations as well as clients with numerous offices across the United States. Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Kevin was an Account Executive at a Dallas-based commercial real estate firm where he represented companies in both office and industrial markets. At Miller, Kevin will continue to enhance his client service offerings as well as build upon his current portfolio. “I look forward to working with the esteemed group at Henry S. Miller. Henry S. Miller also adds Mark Meyer to the Dallas-Fort Worth Corporate Services Division. Mark brings to Miller 30-plus years of commercial real estate experience, working for a variety of well-known commercial real estate firms. He offers extensive experience in a variety of real estate disciplines; office project leasing, office acquisition and dispositions, and industrial, retail and land investments. Mark also provides keen insight into the development and renovation of real estate properties. He enhances the Corporate Services Division with a mature perspective acquired through years of client representation and adds measurable value to each assignment.
