Linda R. Zimmerman Joins HSM as Senior Vice President, Retail Division

The Henry S. Miller Companies (HSM) are pleased to announce the appointment of Linda R. Zimmerman as Senior Vice President of the Retail Division. Ms. Zimmerman brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate leasing, acquisition, disposition, corporate interaction, and construction and development experience to her new position.

Prior to joining HSM, Ms. Zimmerman worked for a number of commercial real estate firms including Goodwin Commercial Real Estate, Direct Development, Falcon Realty Advisors and most recently Morghan Site Services. She began her career in the banking industry, working in the real estate departments of Guaranty Bank, Bank One Texas and NCNB Texas National Bank.

“Linda is an experienced and highly professional leasing agent with the ability to bring on tenants early in development,” said Frank Bullock, Executive Vice President of the Retail Division. “She is what we call a ‘big box expert’ who knows how to represent a landlord in order to procure those kinds of tenants. Ms. Zimmerman is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is a past president of Executive Women of Dallas.

Ms. Zimmerman graduated from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Consumer Science/Marketing.
