Lane Kommer Represents Seller of Retail Strip Center in Knox/Henderson Area of Uptown Dallas

(Dallas, TX) Lane Kommer, Sr. Vice President of Investments at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented a private partnership in the sale of a 9,200-square-foot building on 18,000 square feet of land at 4433 McKinney Avenue in the Knox-Henderson neighborhood of Uptown Dallas. According to Mr. Kommer, “The Knox/Henderson area is arguably the most dynamic market in the entire City of Dallas and interest in the asset was extensive.” The buyer, a local investment group, represented themselves in the transaction.
Currently, the building is a retail center and future development plans are not known at this time.
