Lalo’s Opening New Location in Plano, TX

(Plano, TX) – Henry S. Miller Brokerage retail division represented Lalo’s Fine Mexican Cuisine in the 7-year lease of a 2,000-square foot restaurant space at Park Place Shopping Center, 6401 West Plano Parkway in Plano, TX. Dan Shoevlin of CBRE represented the landlord, RPAI via 3503 RP Park Place, LP in Oak Brook, IL.
Lalo’s second restaurant is slated to open October 2019. The original location will remain open at 18484 Preston Road, #118, Dallas, TX.
