Johnston Sells 2 Apartment Complexes in Dallas

DALLAS – – Graham Johnston, of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Investments/Land Division, recently sold 2 apartment complex’s in Dallas: The Shadow Apartments and Bennett Place. Rick Scheurer of CMS Strategic Partners sold the properties to an undisclosed buyer.  The Shadow Apartments, ±8,000 square feet, sit at 4322 Bowser Avenue in Dallas’ uptown neighborhood, while Bennett Place, ±10,500 square feet, sits at 1417 Bennett Avenue in east Dallas.
