Miller Brokerage, represented Pepperfry, LLC of Frisco, TX, dba Red Hot Chilli Pepper, in the lease of 4,100 square feet of space at The Market at Preston Ridge in Frisco. Red Hot Chilli Pepper is an Asian style restaurant specializing in Southeast Asian / Indo Chinese cuisine.
This is Red Hot Chilli Pepper’s first franchise expansion into Texas. Other locations include Calcutta, India and San Francisco, CA with two more opening soon in Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH. Red Hot Chilli Pepper opened on March 6, 2017 and is located at 8549 Gaylord Parkway, Suite 109, Frisco, TX 75034. Matt Ryan with Brixmor represented the landlord.
