Jim Breitenfeld Represents Landlord in Lease to North Texas Performing Arts: 3,750SF for Practice and Rehearsal

(Frisco, TX) Jim Breitenfeld, Vice President in the Office and Industrial Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented GLM Joint Venture of Frisco in a lease to North Texas Performing Arts (NTPA). The 3,750-square-foot space is located at 6500 Preston Road, Suite 201 in Frisco. NTPA will use the second-generation dance studio for practice and rehearsal. Titus Mathew of Kaisars Real Estate represented NTPA.
North Texas Performing Arts is dedicated to developing the character of youth through quality performing arts education and family entertainment. There are classes, auditions and productions in Dallas, Fairview, Frisco and Plano.

Jim Breitenfeld, Vice President of the Office and Industrial Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage, specializes in representing property owners, tenants, and buyers/investors in the sale and lease of office and industrial properties. Before joining Henry S. Miller, Mr. Breitenfeld worked for multinational organizations including Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls and Brady Corporation, gaining experience in building systems and infrastructure and energy management solutions in the commercial real estate industry.

Mr. Breitenfeld earned a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University and an MS in Management-International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
