(Plano, TX) Jim Breitenfeld and Jim Turano of the Office and Industrial Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented First Avanti Partners, LLC of Tyler, TX in the lease of two spaces at Hunters’ Glen Office Complex in Plano. A 2,160-square-foot professional office was leased to The Sentry Marketing Group, LLC of Plano, and a 2,400-square-foot dental office was leased to Hossain Dezham & Associates of Dallas.
Located at 5509 Pleasant Valley Drive, the 21,250-square-foot multi-tenant office space is comprised of two buildings. When First Avanti Partners purchased the property in April 2017, the buildings were 45 percent occupied. Today there is an occupancy rate of 73 percent, with a mix of medical, dental and general office tenants.
At the time of sale, Henry S. Miller was retained as the leasing agent and property manager.
