(Brownsville, TX) Shawn Ackerman, President and Managing Member of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Houston office, and Alex Bouchard, Vice President in the same office, represented J & M Properties LLC in the sale of their 6,000 square foot building at 900 E. Elizabeth in Brownsville, Texas to Solaris Management Solutions, LLC. Cindy Hopkins of Cindy Hopkins Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
