Investments/Land Division arranges disposition of ±322 acres in Royse City

ROYSE CITY, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Tom Grunnah, Senior Vice President, and Associate Grant Brodeur, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Investments-Land Division, recently represented Legacy AG Credit Bank in the disposition of their approximately 322 acre-tract located just south of Interstate 30 in Royse City and fronting FM 548.  The land was purchased as an investment property and the new owner will hold the land for future sale or development and predicts that the land will eventually be developed for single-family homes.  The buyer was represented by Stephen Swann of Fountain Capital.
