Investments/Land Division announces the addition of Chris Burrow as Vice President

DALLAS, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Investments/Land Division announces the addition of Chris Burrow as Vice President.
Chris began his real estate career in 1981 as an Acquisitions Analyst with the Miller Company’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group. He subsequently served as Senior Vice President of the Investment Properties and International Divisions of the Miller Company where he was a top producer and member of the company’s Chairman’s Council.  Prior to returning to Miller, Chris served as CFO/COO of the Episcopal School of Dallas where he was responsible for over $80 million in real estate assets.

Chris will offer a full range of investment real estate services for individual investors, family offices and fund managers. He utilizes his 30 years of experience in real estate analysis, research and project finance in providing his clients comprehensive investment real estate services – in acquisitions, property enhancement and dispositions. He is particularly focused on investment properties suitable for upgrade and adding value through capital improvements, Miller Company management, leasing and project marketing.   He focuses on the Dallas-Fort Worth Urban Core and in neighborhoods in transition including the Dallas Design and Medical Districts, West Dallas and North Oak Cliff;  and in secondary markets within 100 miles of Dallas-Fort Worth.
