Investments Division brokers sale of Eldorado Crossing Shopping Center

MCKINNEY, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage Associates Ben Chien and Grant Brodeur as well as Max Tsai, Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Investments-Land Division, recently brokered the sale of Eldorado Crossing Shopping Center in McKinney, Texas. The ±12,000 square foot retail center is located at 3180 West Eldorado Parkway in the northwest quadrant of West Eldorado Parkway and Hardin Boulevard. Eldorado Crossing was purchased from K & Q Investments by an undisclosed buyer and they plan to hold the property as a long term investment.  The shopping center is currently at 75% occupancy and is the home to well-established businesses like Mutt Puddle, Uptown Pet Lofts, and Sunstone Yoga. With traffic counts of ± 38,000 cars per day on Eldorado Parkway and a median household income of $105,060 within a one mile radius, Eldorado Crossing is a prime shopping center location within an affluent area of McKinney.
