iCode Leases Space in Plano and Southlake: Natalia Singer Represents the STEM Education Franchise’s Texas Expansion

(Plano and Southlake, TX) iCode, a franchise that provides students between the ages of five and 18 with classes and camps offering hands-on education in STEM skills, will be leasing new space in Plano and Southlake, TX. Natalia Singer, Vice President in the Retail Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented iCode in both leases.
iCode Plano has leased 3,325 square feet of space in Legacy Drive Village, 7000-7224 Independence Parkway. Maggie Hanson of Weitzman represented the landlord, S.C. Legacy Independence LTD.

iCode Southlake has leased 3,200 square feet in Wyndham Plaza, 2750 Southlake Boulevard, Suite 120. Josh Flores of Edge Realty represented the landlord, WSG Wyndham Plaza LTD.

Six iCode schools are currently operational in Texas, and four more are scheduled to open before the end of 2019.
