Hue Technology North America doubles their size

HOUSTON, TX – – Doug Bates, Senior Vice President and Joel Hill, Senior Broker of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Houston Office-Industrial Division, recently completed negotiations for Hue Technology North America’s expansion and new lease into the Westchase office district.
Hue Technology North America is a subsidiary of Hue AS, a Norwegian technology firm that provides geotechnical software to the oil and gas industry. Hue Technology recently experienced a growth spurt and was in need of new office space to accommodate their current size and a space that allowed for future long-term growth. Doug and Joel assisted Hue Technology as they shopped the market looking for the most suitable area and building. Hue settled on the Westchase office district at 2500 Citywest Boulevard in Suite 825. They will be occupying approximately 4,540 square feet, almost double their previous office size in Houston’s Energy Corridor. Hue Technology will occupy their new space in early April after significant tenant improvements, allowing for this office to be their North American Headquarters.
