HSM’s Bill Bledsoe Closes Two Automotive Deals: ADL Auto Sales in Fort Worth, Auto Liquidators in Dallas

(Dallas, TX) Bill Bledsoe, Senior Vice President in the Land and Investments Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented both parties in the sale of two buildings that will both be used for automotive purposes.
In Fort Worth, Mr. Bledsoe represented Kayi Realty, LLC, dba ADL Auto Sales, of McKinney, TX, in the purchase of an 8,435-square-foot auto showroom and service center on 1.78 acres at 8312 Camp Bowie West. Represented by Mr. Bledsoe, Allen Samuels Realty, Inc., of Waco sold the property that will be an expansion into Fort Worth for ADL Auto Sales.

In Dallas, Mr. Bledsoe represented Garland Road Holdings, LLC, dba Auto Liquidators, of Dallas in the purchase of a 10,000-square-foot building on 1.45 acres at 12180 Garland Road. The seller, also represented by Mr. Bledsoe, was Verde Investments, Inc. of Tempe, AZ. Auto Liquidators will use the building for auto sales.

“I am seeing a lot of interest from independent used and new cars dealers for these type of properties,” says Mr. Bledsoe. “The used car market continues to expand, and a very tight supply of buildings where the zoning still allows for automotive use has caused demand to outstrip supply. With interest rates at historic lows and personal vehicles the preferred transportation choice in D-FW, I foresee continued strength in this segment.”
