HSM Equity Partners Develops New Location for OTR Fleet Service, LLC: Actively Looking for More Projects and Investors

(Dallas, TX) – OTR Fleet Service, LLC will be relocating from its current Dallas-Fort Worth location in Forney to 34980 LBJ Freeway (I-20), Dallas, TX.  I-20 Industrial, LP purchased 14.594 acres from HCH Farms, Ltd. of Dallas, and HSM Equity Partners will build a new state-of-the-art facility for OTR Fleet Service, a provider of maintenance services for commercial vehicles. Construction will begin soon, and OTR will move into its new facility in 2021.
Huntley Luna, Vice President in the Industrial Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, and Nick Robinson, Associate in the same division, brokered the transaction. Tom Clarke with Transwestern represented the seller. Mark Smith, Sr. Vice President of Commercial Development for HSM Equity Partners, will develop the facility.

“Nick and I have had a long relationship with OTR Fleet Service,” said Luna. “They have other locations in Houston and San Antonio, and it was time for a larger one in Dallas. Transportation-related facilities are hard to find in DFW, so it’s fortunate that HSM Equity Partners is capable of completing such a build-to-suit for a tenant like OTR Fleet.”
