HSM Dalcon Purchases 69 Acres in Celina, TX for Residential Development

(Celina, TX) HSM Highland Crossing, LP, a partnership created and managed by Steve Donosky, President of HSM Dalcon, Inc., has purchased 69 acres of land in Collin County just outside the City of Celina, TX to develop Highland Crossing, a ranch estate project offering 58 one-acre home sites. The property is located on County Road 132 just north of the County Road 106 intersection and approximately two miles east of Preston Road. Andy McNally of Taylor Realty Associates of North Texas represented the seller, David Powell of Longview, TX, and Jim Breitenfeld, Vice President of the Office and Industrial Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented the Purchaser.
“With high demand for new homes by move-up buyers and a lack of available acreage lots in the market, we project Highland Crossing will be a very successful project,” Mr. Donosky noted. “We anticipate selling out in approximately three years pursuant to a takedown contract with custom home builder, Our Country Homes.”

Lots are scheduled for delivery in the fall of 2018, and homes by Our Country Homes will be available for the 2019 spring selling season.
