HSM Brokers Medical Office Building Sale in Richardson

RICHARDSON – – Henry S. Miller’s Investments/Land Division recently brokered the sale of the College Park Professional medical office building in Richardson  The approximately 14,000 square foot College Park Professional Building sits at 1001 East Buckingham, East of Highway 75. Rebecca Harrell, the division’s medical specialist represented the seller – Pinnacle Bank. Darrell Hurmis represented the undisclosed purchaser in the transaction.  The building is currently being renovated and Rebecca has been awarded the leasing assignment of the 2 vacant suites for the new owner.
