HSM Announces New Team in Austin

Henry S. Miller, one of the largest independent full service commercial real estate firms in Texas, has formed a partnership with Jim Brownlow, currently Managing Director of HSM Equity Partners,
to create a new Henry S. Miller Company office in Austin, Texas.  Jim recruited John Davenport and Chase Belew with AMS Commercial Real Estate, an advisory, investment and brokerage firm headquartered in Austin, Texas to join the new office for Henry S. Miller Austin.

The new venture, HSM Capital Partners, will be managed by Brownlow, Davenport and Belew.  It will focus on investment and brokerage opportunities originating from the growing Central Texas markets.  Brokerage operations will be led by Dustin Graf together with commercial real estate veterans Brett Gissler, Sean Gildea and Teddy Leonard.  The focus will be on investment sales and landlord/tenant representation for retail, office, industrial and land assets.

The venture will enhance Henry S. Miller’s extensive coverage of the Texas markets and will significantly improve nationwide access to lenders, investors and the next-generations commercial real estate technology.
