(Houston, TX) Sam Chang, Senior Associate with Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented GAC Windfern, LLC in the purchase of ±30,000 square feet of warehouse space in Northwest Houston. Located at 10440 Windfern Road, the property consists of two buildings—one at ±7,000 square feet and another at ±22,000 square feet—on 5.4 acres. Adam Strauss of New Regional Planning represented the seller, The Estates of Cmajdalka Frank and J.R. Quisenberry.
GAC Windfern plans to build additional warehouses on the property in multiple phases. The company will use the property and warehouses for their produce distribution business.
