Henry S. Miller Brokerage promotes Hurmis and Spika to division heads

DALLAS – Henry S. Miller Companies promoted Darrell Hurmis to Executive Vice President/Principal of the Investments/Land Division and Dan Spika as Executive Vice President/Principal of the Industrial Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage. “Darrell and Dan are both proven top producers at Henry S. Miller and tremendous leaders in our industry,” said Dan Arnold, President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage. 
Hurmis, who has worked with the company for over 30 years, will oversee and be responsible for the Dallas brokerage operations for the Investment/Land Division. He will be in charge of broker recruitment, business development and training. Hurmis was recipient  of the NTCAR Stemmons Service Award in 2010, helped broker one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s “Best Land Deals of 2005” with the $105 million dollar sale of ±700 acres in Irving, Texas’ Las Colinas master plan development and  is a member of Henry S. Miller’s prestigious Chairman’s Council.

Spika, who joined Henry S. Miller in 1994 and has consistently been in the firms Top 10 Producers, finishing as the #1 producer in 6 separate years. He became a member of the prestigious Chairman Council in 1996. Dan specializes in representing buyers and sellers for both the sale and leasing of industrial properties.  In his new role Spika will oversee and be responsible for the Dallas brokerage operations for the Industrial Division, broker recruitment, business development and training.
