Henry S. Miller Announces Headquarter Relocation

DALLAS, TX – – For more than twenty years Henry S. Miller Cos. has called  North Dallas’ Providence Towers home. The nearly 100-year old company has housed their corporate headquarters on the 11^th and 12^th floors of Providence’s West Tower for two decades. ”This prominent North Dallas office building has been a good home for us for many years,” said Henry S. Miller Cos. President/CEO, Greg Miller, “but it is time for a change. With our 100^th birthday fast approaching we are taking strides to enhance the Henry S. Miller experience for not only our clients but our personnel as well. This relocation will be a fresh start and a new look as we head into our 100^th year.”
Miller’s new corporate headquarters will be located at the Stanford Corporate Centre (14001 Dallas North Tollway (DNT)), just minutes south of their current location on Spring Valley Road. The commercial real estate services company will occupy the entire 11^th floor and part of the 12^th, approximately 25,000 square feet total. “We have been at Providence Towers for 20 years and have enjoyed being a tenant here. I can still remember, as a broker at Henry S. Miller, selling this land to the developer, who eventually built the building. We hate to leave, however we look forward to a new layout that will accommodate our push for synergy and having all of our brokers on the same floor.” said Sam Kartalis, President/COO of Henry S. Miller Realty Services. Though award winning in architectural design (the 12^th floor), Miller’s current headquarter space is not conducive to a collaborative broker environment. “Henry S. Miller is achieving something that it hasn’t in 20-plus years, which is having all of our real estate sales professionals on the same level.” said Greg Trout, President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Office/Industrial Division. Trout played an integral part in the office transaction, acting as Miller’s representative in all lease negotiations. “It was an honor to represent my company in the leasing of our new corporate headquarters and to help achieve the goals for future growth.” said Trout.

Built in 1985, Stanford Corporate Centre is a highly visible, 14-story office building located on the southbound side of Dallas North Tollway. Stanford will offer Henry S. Miller staff the same great North Dallas location, convenient access, abundant parking, an on-site deli and discounted admission to Telos Fitness Center. Henry S. Miller Cos. plans to occupy their new corporate headquarter space later this fall after some interior improvements. Look for the Miller name as you drive north and south on the DNT; you won’t be able to miss it!
