Harrell represents Pinnacle Bank in the sale of 9,568 SF medical office building in Plano

Plano, TX – Rebecca Harrell, CCIM, of Henry S. Miller Brokerage Investments and Land Division, recently represented Pinnacle Bank in the sale of a 9,568 square foot medical office building in Plano, TX. The freestanding, four tenant building at 3713 West 15th Street, Plano, TX is located directly across the street from the main campus of The Medical Center of Plano (recently renamed Medical City Plano).

Medical City Plano is a full-service, 493-bed acute-care facility with more than 1,600 employees and over 1,000 physicians on staff, representing over 70 specialties and subspecialties.
