Harrell Closes ±9,500 SF of Transactions in Dallas

DALLAS – – Thursday, December 11, 2014 – – Within the last month Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Rebecca Harrell, CCIM, closed four deals totaling over 9,500 square feet in the Dallas metroplex.
Cedra Pharmacy leased approximately 4,449 square feet of retail space in the Lakeside Village Shopping Center, located at 9669 North Central Expressway.  This is the first Dallas location for the New York based specialty pharmacy. Services will include retail, compounding and infusion pharmacy, as well as retail sales of over-the-counter products. There will also be a clinical spa offering cryotherapy, IV therapy (rehydration) and med spa services. A raw juice bar will be located inside the pharmacy.  Harrell represented Cedra Pharmacy while Mark Hajdu of Triumph Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, RPI Lakeside S.C., Ltd, an affiliate of Retail Plazas, Inc.

Adorable Grooms Pet Salon leased approximately 1,233 square feet of retail space in the 11111 North Central Expressway Shopping Center. Adorable Grooms, represented by Rebecca Harrell, CCIM, leased the property from US Trust because of its excellent visibility and close proximity to Adorable Grooms’ clients. Services will include full grooms, medicated baths, nail trims, nail polish, blueberry facials, Mohawks, lion cuts and special trims. Charlotte Cooper, CCIM and Chris Gibbons, CCIM of Venture Commercial represented the landlord in this lease.

NexGen Fitness Personal Trailing subleased approximately 1,871 square feet of retail space in the Preston and Royal Shopping Center located at 10759 Preston Road. NexGen chose this spot for its high visibility and its location in the Preston Hollow area. This is their 5^th location in the metroplex; other locations include: Plano, Southlake and 2 locations in Frisco.  Services include private personal training, nutrition and cardio programs. Harrell represented the sub-landlord, CityDoc Urgent Care, while Richard Davis of Ebby Halliday represented the tenant.

Veracity Inc. recently purchased an approximately 1,962 square foot office condo in the Willow Bend Professional Office complex at 5204 Village Creek in Plano.  Veracity purchased the building with plans to relocate from Richardson to Plano.  The company plans to remodel the space and open for business by the first quarter of 2015.  The seller, POMS, GO office of Dr. Ramsey Fanous, was represented by Rebecca Harrell, CCIM while the buyer, AMWV, LLC, was represented by Blaine Cook of Belclaire Real Estate.
