Miller Brokerage’s Tom Grunnah, Senior Vice President, and Associate Kyle Ward of the Dallas-Fort Worth Investments-Land Division recently brokered the sale of a 2,300 square foot office condo at Preston Trails Office Park in Dallas.  An REO property previously owned by Wells Fargo Bank NA, the office space is located at 6220 Campbell Road and includes Suites 103 and 104.  The office condo offers convenient access to both Campbell Road and Preston Road, in one of the more sought after locations in the DFW metroplex. 6220 Campbell was purchased by Zimmerman Enterprises, LLC and will act as their corporate headquarters in Dallas.
