Henry S. Miller IV Promoted to SVP

Miller IV to Senior Vice President.  “Throughout his tenure at Miller, Henry has been very successful in the leasing and sales of a variety of commercial properties, particularly retail. The Henry S. Miller Principals and I are honored to announce Henry S. Miller IV as Senior Vice President of the Henry S. Miller Brokerage Retail Division,” said Sam Kartalis, President and COO of Henry S. Miller Retail Services, LLC.
Henry has been a real estate professional at Miller for more than 16 years and has extensive experience within the Dallas-Fort Worth retail commercial real estate industry. Henry joined the company in 1996 and specializes in the leasing, sales and development of commercial retail real estate.  He has exclusively represented a number of national and regional retailers in site selections, lease negotiations, tenant improvements, development and more. Henry was also a key player on the Henry S. Miller Interests, Inc development team for four years to assist in the development of WestVillage in Dallas’ very popular Uptown area.  Upon completion of the project, Henry returned to the Miller retail division to fully focus on the project leasing of Miller represented and owned shopping centers as well as tenant representation. Henry has consistently been named a Henry S. Miller Monthly and Yearly Top 10 Producer and has accumulated a total transaction volume of over $40 million.

Henry is actively associated in numerous real estate organizations; some of them include the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Real Estate Council, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the North Texas Association of Realtors. Henry is the proud father of four beautiful children and spends a good portion of his free time training for triathlons; he recently completed the infamous New York City Triathlon.
