
Frederick appointed to the Logistics Center for Education & Research Board of Directors at UNT College of
Kevin M. Frederick Vice President of Corporate Services at Henry S. Miller Real Estate Brokerage and a graduate of UNT has been appointed to the Logistics Center for Education & Research Board of Directors at the University Of North Texas College Of Business. The Board facilitates the formulation and implementation of research and education necessary to produce effective strategies and qualified people to meet the rapidly changing demands of today’s logistics business landscape. Recently the UNT Logistics program tied for Sixth Place in a Gartner, Inc. ranking. Dr. Terry Pohlen associate professor of logistics and director of the UNT Center commented “Industry-esteemed rankings like these are more than a number for us at UNT. With this external validation, college recruiters will come to UNT looking for top talent, business executives will see UNT as a resource for building relationships, new scholarships will be pegged for our students and we’ll be better able to attract top students to the program.” The rankings from Gartner, a leading information technology research and advisory company, provide insights into the universities best preparing students for professional careers in supply chain management and logistics.
