Frank Bullock Represents Jumpstreet in Sale of Allen, TX Property

(Allen, TX) Frank Bullock, Executive Vice President of the Retail Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage and Martin Gaines, Associate, represented Jumpstreet Trampoline Parks of Denver, CO in the sale of their property in Allen, TX to ME & JSK Investment, LLC of Houston. The transaction includes a 62,000-square-foot building and a 4.5-acre parking area located at 2031 McDermott, the southeast corner of McDermott and Custer.
Jumpstreet previously occupied 40,000 square feet, and the purchaser will subsequently lease the space to Jumping World as they expand their position in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. LoneStar Mercantile, an antiques and home décor retailer, occupies the remaining 22,000 square feet of space. Mr. Moon Kim of Lifestyles Realty in Houston represented the buyer.
