Ellen’s Opening New Location in Frisco, TX: HSM Brokerage Retail Division Represents Tenant in Lease

(Frisco, TX) – Henry S. Miller Brokerage retail division represented Ellen’s in the 10-year lease of a 5,992-square foot restaurant space at Stonebriar Commons Shopping Center, 1339 Legacy Drive, Frisco, TX. Ellen’s Restaurant (www.gritsrule.com) was founded in 2012 at 1790 North Record Street in Dallas. The restaurant offers homemade comfort food inspired by the rich traditions of Southern cuisine. Brunch is available all day. The new restaurant in Frisco is slated to open January 2020.
