Miller Brokerage, represented Juan and Martina Aparicio in the sale of a restaurant and one additional building that together total 8,414 square feet on approximately 1.35 acres. Located at 1001 18^th Street in Plano, Texas, the 6,463-square-foot restaurant will be converted to office use, and the smaller building will be kept for expansion and leased back to the seller for three years.
The property is located near historic downtown Plano and offers easy access to North Central Expressway and President George Bush Turnpike. Stephen LaMure of Dominus Commercial represented the buyer, TV6 Holdings, also of Plano.
