Miller Brokerage, represented REV Recreation Group of Milwaukee, WI in the sale of a service center with office space at 5201 South Interstate 35 West in Alvarado, TX to National Retail Properties, LP of Lincolnshire, IL. The sale included 12 acres of land, all asphalt and concrete, with fencing and security lights. Mark Wussow of Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the buyer.
The 58,736-square-foot service center features:
