Josh Carter, CCIM, with Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the landlord, Mission Linen Supply of Santa Barbara, CA.
The building features heavy power, office space, 14- to 18-foot ceiling height, nine grade-level overhead doors of various sizes, covered “bobtail-height” dock with 3 overhead doors, and a 2,000+/-SF weight-rated mezzanine. ABC Supply is a private American roofing supply company that also sells windows, gutters, and siding for residential and commercial buildings.
