Dan Spika, SIOR, Represents Henry S. Miller Clients in the Transaction of Two North Texas Properties

(Dallas, TX)  Dan Spika, SIOR and Executive Vice President of the Industrial Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage, recently represented clients in transactions of properties located in two northwest suburbs of Dallas.
The first was the sale of a building located at 14400 Midway Road (between Beltway and Spring Valley) in Farmers Branch. Mr. Spika represented the buyer, EGR 14400, LLC of Lewisville, TX, which purchased the 16,124 square-foot building and 1.4 acres for the second Eagle Gun Range in north Texas. The seller was 14400 Midway, LLC of Dallas.

For the second property, Mr. Spika represented Multisurface, LLC in the industrial lease of a 25,442 square-foot facility for marble and granite distribution. The property is located at 2005 McDaniel Drive in Carrollton. Michael Peinado of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord, Prologis of Dallas.
