Dan Spika completes two more deals in Lewisville

LEWISVILLE, TX – –  Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Executive Vice President, Dan Spika, SIOR, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently completed the disposition of two industrial properties within the city of Lewisville. Spika, who has consecutively placed as Henry S. Miller’s #1 Top Producer, specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and industrial properties within the Denton County area. Spika is an expert within the Denton County office and industrial real estate market and has completed more than one million square feet in transactions this year.
This month Spika has already added two new completed transactions. In early November Spika represented Britestar Group in the disposition of their ±24,275 square foot office warehouse in Lewisville, Texas.  Purchased by Team Taylor Investments, LLC., this warehouse sits on ±1.45 acres of land located at 1210 METRO Park in the SWQ of Business 121 and S Railroad Street. Team Taylor Investments, LLC was represented by Mark Graybill of Lee and Associates.

Just last week, Spika represented an undisclosed seller in the disposition of their ±4.7 acres at the Southwest corner of Elm and Mill in the Old Town Center area of Lewisville.  The property is zoned General Business and was purchased by CADG Mill Street, LLC who was represented by Robert Maxey of MetroCom Properties. CADG Mill Street plans to redevelop the site.
