CIAO Telecom moves American headquarters to Dallas

DALLAS, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Bill Knopick, Senior Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office Division, recently represented the owners of LBJ Tower in the lease negotiations for approximately 22,000 square feet. CIAO Telecom who had previously been based in California, will relocate and operate their new national headquarters from ±22,000 on the 10^th floor of LBJ Tower. Located at 8390 LBJ Freeway in the SEQ of I-635 (LBJ) and Highway 75 intersection, LBJ Tower will offer CIAO Telecom convenient access and an excellent North Dallas location.
In this transaction, Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Bill Knopick represented Millennium First Management, LLC and Don Frey of Amerimed Partners, LLC represented CIAO Telecom.
