Center for Neurology & Neurophysiology acquires medical office building

FRISCO, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Rebecca Harrell and Jim Turano recently represented The Center for Neurology & Neurophysiology in the acquisition of a ±4,950 square foot office condo, located at 7000 Parkwood, for the relocation of their Frisco office.  The office of Aimee Garza, M.D. at The Center for Neurology & Neurophysiology, which specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of disorders affecting the nervous system, muscles, peripheral nerves, spine and brain, has expanded and relocated from the corner of Hillcrest and Lebanon to this new location.  The Center’s new Frisco office is set to open October 1, 2013.  Chris DiGino and Joe Bugg of ReMax North Central represented the seller, Point Bank, in the transaction.
