Brodeur represents landlord in the lease of ±16,000 sf building

PONDER – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Grant Brodeur-CCIM, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Investments/Land Division, recently represented New Castle Properties in the lease of an approximately 16,000 square foot building in Ponder, Texas.  The property is located approximately 10 minutes southwest of Denton at the intersection of FM 2449 and South Florance Road. This heavy industrial building was leased by Sharewell HDD Drilling Products, who are the leading supplier of equipment and services for the Horizontal Directional Drilling industry. Brett Owens of Transwestern represented the tenant in the transaction.
