Garland, TX – Henry S. Miller’s Jim Breitenfeld (Office & Industrial Division) and Merrel Moore (Retail Division), recently represented Arabel Rowe Dunbar Testamentary Trust in the sale of a restaurant building located at 3435 Beltline Road, Garland, TX. J.P. Morgan Chase Bank was the Administrator of the Trust. The 5,396 square foot free standing restaurant building on 39,962 square feet of land will be used for an undisclosed restaurant concept. Alfred Goh & Cameron Mai of Pacific Century Realty represented the Buyer, Ewe Real Estate of Doraville, GA.
