Bledsoe & Patel Broker Sale of New Chevrolet Property

DALLAS – – Bill Bledsoe and Muhammed Patel of the Henry S. Miller Investments/Land Division recently brokered a transaction between Pack Properties X, LLC, the buyer, and Dalcom Corporation, the seller.  Pack Properties X, LLC purchased approximately 4.28 acres at 1735 S. Interstate 35E in Carrollton, site of the former Royal Inn. Sam Pack will build a new Chevrolet dealership at the location.
