(Richland Hills, TX) Bill Bledsoe, Vice President of Investments at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented J & H Associates, LP in the sale of the former All About Autos & North Hills Body Shop to Steve’s Auto Repair. The 30,200-square-foot space is on approximately three acres at 3925 Booth-Calloway Road in Richland Hills, TX. Constructed in 1986, the building features 36 service bays and two down draft paint booths. The purchase expands Steve’s Auto Repair capacity in order to meet growing customer demand. John Lucas, with KW Commercial, represented the buyer.
