Bill Bledsoe Brokers Land Assemblage for Industrial Development: 181,250SF Industrial Building Planned on 15.46 Acres of Land
(Bedford, TX) Bill Bledsoe, Senior Vice President in the Land and Investments Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, brokered a complex transaction in which a 15.46-acre development site was assembled from two separate and undisclosed sellers and entitled for light industrial development. The site is located at 3737 Airport Freeway in Bedford, between Texas Highways 121 and 183. The infill location is visible from the highways and lies within the industrial submarket surrounding DFW Airport.
The developer, Committed Industrial, is in the final stages of planning for construction of a 181,250-square-foot, Class A, industrial building. Occupiers will be able to connect to key transportation nodes both regionally and nationally while benefiting from a robust labor pool in the immediate area. The project is expected to break ground in Q2 2022.
