Bill Bledsoe Brokers 21-Acre Land Sale in North Fort Worth: Bonds West Business District to Consist of Office, Flex, Warehouse, Retail

(Fort Worth, TX) Bill Bledsoe, Senior Vice President in the Land and Investments Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, brought together Avondale Development Group of Keller and Avod Holdings, LLC, of Grapevine to complete the sale-transfer of 21 acres along Bonds Ranch Road in North Fort Worth. Avondale Development retains almost 175 acres behind Avod’s 21-acre frontage that will be developed into a retail center. According to Scott Schambacher, president of Avondale Development, the company plans to build small industrial, office and flex-warehouse suites on the remaining acreage.
“The front parcel that Avod Holdings has secured will be a terrific location for retail development, because of the explosive growth of single-family homes in the area,” said Mr. Bledsoe. “There are also opportunistic gaps of retail offerings in the vicinity, and the entire 200+ acre site holds tremendous promise for a retail and regional industrial, office and flex development.”
