Axelrod Has Big October

DALLAS – – Scott Axelrod of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Industrial Division has closed four deals totaling over 118,800 square feet in the Dallas metroplex in the month of October alone.
Axelrod recently brokered the sale of an industrial building in Chico, Texas. The ±34,000 square foot building sits on ±1.6 acres at 305 North Highway 101.  This property sits right in the middle of Chico at the corner of Highway 101 and Sherman Street.

In October, Axelrod also helped his client, Mustang Creek Estates, find ±6.763 acres for a senior living complex. Mustang Creek currently has locations in Allen, Keller and Frisco, they also have a Burleson location under construction.  This property sits on Ranch Road in Sachse, TX.  Tom Grunnah of Novus and Chris Lander of Netzel represented the seller in this transaction.

CityPoint Church expanded their church at 15 Prestige Circle in Allen, TX with the help of Axelrod as well.  City Point Church moved to this location approximately one year ago and is now leasing an additional ±6,420 square feet for expansion.

Last month, Axelrod also leased ±8,660 square feet of space to EZ FLO International from Direct Forklift.  This industrial property sits at 2704 Lawing Ln in Rowlett, Texas.  Axelrod represented the landlord in this transaction while Craig Jones of JLL represented the tenant.
