Axelrod Closes 3 Deals in Allen

ALLEN – – Scott Axelrod of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Industrial Division has closed three deals in Allen in the past few weeks.
Axelrod recently brokered the relocation of Red Pepper Productions.  Red Pepper Productions, Inc. has relocated from 407 East Main Street to 102 North Bonham Road in Allen.  Red Pepper Productions sold their 407 East Main Street location to Lakeland Marketing.

Axelrod represented Red Pepper Productions in the disposition of their building to Lakeland Marketing. Lakeland Marketing relocated their corporate headquarters to 407 East Main Street. Minutes from Sam Rayburn Tollway, Highway 75 and President George Bush Turnpike, this class A warehouse will be the perfect location for the foodservice brokerage firm. Lakeland Marketing has 14 regional offices throughout the south with 5 of those in Texas.

Personalized Gallery also relocated in Allen. Personalized Gallery purchased a 403 West Main Street from Kissane Financial. Personalized Gallery is a laser-engraving business specializing in wedding gifts and favors, custom gifts, and promotional products. The owner looks forward to growing her business in Allen’s Central Business District.
