Axelrod brokers the acquisition of 59,000 sf industrial facility

TERRELL, TEXAS – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Scott Axelrod, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office-Industrial Division, recently represented his client and buyer, Preferred Power Coatings, in the acquisition of an industrial property at 100 FM 148 in Terrell, Texas. Specifically located at the southwest corner of US Highway 80 (Moore Ave) and FM 148, this property includes an approximately 59,800 square foot building situated on ±14.42 acres. Preferred Power Coatings will occupy the 60,000 square feet and will operate a new e-coating business from the facility. Preferred Power Coatings purchased the property from the Terrell Economic Development Corporation.
