Averyt completes sale of ±16,000 sf industrial property

DALLAS, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage Senior Vice President, Jerry Averyt, recently represented his client, the seller, in the disposition of an approximate 16,000 square foot industrial property in Dallas. Located at 11551 Chairman Drive, the property is situated in the southeast quadrant of Forest Lane and Plano Road, only minutes from Interstate 635.
