Averyt Closes 2 Dallas Lease Expansions

DALLAS – Henry S. Miller’s Jerry Averyt, Senior Vice President of the Office Division, recently closed an expansion lease at One Lincoln Park.  Staubus and Randall, LLP leased the approximate 5,290 square feet office, located at 8401 North Central Expressway, from Piedmont One Lincoln Park.  Staubus and Randall, LLP, a family estate attorney firm, are located at the southwest corner of N. Central Expressway and Northwest Highway, immediately south of NorthPark Center and only a few minutes from the Dallas CBD.  Jerry Averyt represented the tenant in this transaction while James Esquivel of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.
Averyt also closed the lease expansion of Softlayer Technologies, an IBM company, at Stanford Corporate Centre.  Stanford Corporate Centre is located at 14001 Dallas Parkway, across the Dallas North Tollway from the Galleria Mall and only minutes from Highway 635. Softlayer now occupies an additional ±21,594 square feet of headquarter space for a total of approximately 145,000 square feet.  Jerry Averyt represented the landlord, TCI Stanford, LLC, while Clay Vaughn, Steve Rigby, and Mike Cleary of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.
