Angela Chen Achieves CCIM Designation!

(Dallas, TX) Angela Chen, an Associate in the Retail Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, recently achieved CCIM designation. Angela completed the five required CCIM courses, the portfolio defense, and she recently passed the comprehensive exam.
According to the CCIM Institute, “fewer than 10 percent of commercial real estate investors and advisers currently wear the CCIM pin, making them the go-to experts in their respective markets…The CCIM designation is conferred upon commercial real estate leaders who have a proven record of success in the field and have demonstrated a mastery of financial, market, and investment analysis.”
