Retail Division announces addition of Senior Vice President, Richard Polishuk

DALLAS, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Retail Division announces the addition of retail leasing specialist, Richard Polishuk as Senior Vice President.
Polishuk joins the Henry S. Miller Retail team with more than 30 years of retail real estate experience. A recognized leader in North Texas retail real estate, Polishuk has been consistently honored as a local CoStar Power Broker, Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter and DCEO Power Broker. Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Richard was on another local retail team where he spent approximately 12 years perfecting his retail leasing services and building his retail real estate clientele and portfolio.  Before this Richard was a developer, home builder and shopping center operator in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Throughout his tenure in commercial real estate, Richard Polishuk has completed in excess of 700 real estate transactions. “We are very excited to add Richard to our Miller Retail team. Richard is a specialist in the representation of retail property owners and retail property investors. At Henry S.
