Lew Wood is a Senior Vice President in the Land and Investments Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC. He advises clients on multifamily sales and acquisitions, office buildings and land sales. Over many years as an investment sales professional, Lew has closed more than $1.5 billion in transactions that encompassed over 30,000 multifamily units, 4,000,000 square feet of office building sales and acquisitions, and over 2,000 acres of land sales. Additional positions include Director of Acquisitions and Development as President of Pan American Capital Corp. PACC specialized in the historic rehab of almost 1,500,000 square feet of warehouse space into live/work lofts in the Deep Ellum and Cedars neighborhoods of Dallas.
Over the course of his career, Lew has worked for several commercial real estate companies, including Pan American Capital Corp, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Younger Partners and TVO North America. His responsibilities have included:

Lew and his wife of 47 years, Sunny, live in Dallas. They have two daughters, Lauren Austin Wood and Leslie Anne Roberts, and two granddaughters. Sunny and Lew are members of Church of the Incarnation. Lew served for six years as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.
